RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Papa John’s - Workplaces’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 11th to Friday 22nd February 2019 on Heart South Wales (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 11th February 2019 and close at 10:00 on Friday 22nd February 2019.
4. Entrants will be asked to state the nearest Papa John’s store to their workplace and their workplace's postcode for the chance to win.
5. Throughout the entry period, there will be one winner each week, drawn each Friday, Friday 15th and Friday 22nd February 2019.
6. The winners will be chosen at random from all entries received up until 10:00 on Friday 15th and Friday 22nd February 2019.
7. The winners will be contacted by a member of the Heart South Wales team once that week’s entry period has closed. If the winner does not answer the phone when called, then another winner will be selected and so on until a winner is contacted.
8. Once an entrant and workplace are selected as a winner, they will not be eligible to be selected again in upcoming draws.
Eligibility:
9. Entrants must be age 18 or over and work for the company that they enter.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
11. All Papa John’s stores within South Wales are participating in this competition and each entrant’s workplace should reside within their local Papa John’s store’s deliverable area. On average this is within a 15 minute driveable radius of the store. Prize:
12. One winner each week will win their workplace 20 large pizzas of various flavours chosen by Papa John’s. These will be delivered to the winners’ workplace address at a pre-agreed time. The pizzas must be delivered to their desired workplace within 7 days of the winner being contacted. There are 2 winners in total.
13. There is no cash alternative.
14. Prize delivery will be discussed with the winner.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
